unknown yesterday afternoon Monument to soldiers of the 1st World War II in Spandau smeared with paint. The police officer noted in Section 21, 17 against clock in a park in the staff garden wood with an applied black paint political slogans on the monument. The State Police protection when state police took over the investigation.
