" 8 March International Women's Day
We have 7./8.3 tonight. 2010 made in Berlin on the way for us to participate in the protests against Schlecker and greedy exploitation policy. At some licking, we have our tracks of anger against the capitalist and leave behind patriarchal relations in the form of zerschlagenene discs glued locks, graffiti slogans, color eggs and stones.
On 8 March 1908 were the workers of the Cotton Textile Factory in New York in the strike to fight for better working and living conditions. The factory owners have included the striking women. For unknown reasons, a fire broke out and destroyed the factory, 129 workers died in the flames. This incident followed a wave of strikes and protests. 1910, was decided at the initiative of Clara Zetkin, the annual implementation of an international women's day of fighting.
1911 went for the first time millions of women internationally on the road. Many of the demands of women's movements of the 20th century have lost none of its topicality. Despite one hundred years of struggle, the woman there to fight so much!
• For equal pay for equal work, for better working conditions
• Against Gender Violence Against
• gender roles •
For a socially divided house and educational work and reproductive work
• For more free and better childcare
• Against the obsession with beauty
• For a right to self-determination over their own bodies
We express our solidarity on the occasion of International Women's day of fighting with the labor and liberation struggles of girls, women and transgender people around the world today and particularly those of Schlecker.
For Life at Schlecker, especially for women, provides, as follows from:
* print available anytime for additional work to be
* Monitor Mitarbeiter_innen by cameras and detectives, home visits to illness and test purchases.
Many workers were added in the past year either dismissed or forced to be in the Leiharbeiter_innen Schlecker own employment agency "Meniar" on low wages from 6.50 to 7.00 € instead of 12 € to set "new" can be. Overall, obtained in this way about 4000 women (old and new employees) is not inferior contracts, as they were previously common in Schlecker.
The drugstore chain had in January 2010 after much criticism of politics, Arbeitnehmervertreter_innen time and labor organizations said now no new contracts with the job agency Meniar complete. New hires at Schlecker XL markets are now running on the "Schlecker XL GmbH": In this, the hourly rates are slightly higher, but as with the "Meniar" contracts, there is no Christmas or holiday pay, only statutory holidays instead of 24 28 days and a longer working time of 40 instead of 37.5 hours.
Schlecker Mitarbeiter_innen his attempts to prevent councils to choose which represent the interests of Arbeitnehmer_innen. Thus, there are loud Verdi at Germany's 10,000 branches only about 100 works.
The protests against Schlecker, Starvation wages and social decline are in full swing. There are rallies, demonstrations, called "flash mobs" (goods, in such actions by customers cleared to be irregular and random, and then allowed to stand - this is the operation shut down temporarily) and taken direct action (arson, slices and marked with graffiti and paint , or from time to Schlecker the power is disconnected). There are many other ways to Schlecker everyday to sabotage capitalism.
Schlecker is just one of many around the world. Millions of women throughout the world to experience first hand poverty, unemployment, work with minimum wages and property rights. They suffer from wars or are driven in large quantities in the migration. The majority of women from the double exploitation and oppression affected by capitalism: because they are part of the working classes and because of discrimination at the same time only because of her sex! Capitalism and globalization promote deviant forms of violence against women and girls.
Each fight is important!
Let us take our future into our own hands, taking action and organize ourselves - for a caring and just society free of oppression by patriarchal relationships, gender constructs, hierarchies, bosses and exploitation in the neo-capitalism "
